Stepping-Stone to A Better Me
Wow my birthday is in five days. I'm approaching the Kobe Bryant year can't believe it, one more year till I reach that 25 year mark. I hate that I'm getting older, but I will say I'm enjoying my life and loving how my life is going, how I’m setting goals and achieving those goals, and also how I'm learning to become a better person, a better man, a better me.
Since my birthday is in four days I will be doing something different this year, such as I will open myself more and share more personal stories or testimonies about my life. This birthday will be one about me of course, but mainly a reflection of my life. To see all the good and the bad I have done to become more of a better person. No my life wasn't as difficult as other people or nor am I perfect, but I did had my difficult trial moments that try me and affected me personally and I do make mistakes because I am human.
Starting tomorrow I will be sharing stories with a Selfie, and maybe a throwback picture, of how I over come some of those difficult situations and learn to over come those negative assets of my life; with the hashtag:
As a man I feel you have to look back and reflect on your life and see what you like and see what you did not and correct those corrections to be a better man. A man should be able to look at his failures as a stepping-stone to be a better him.
"To try and fail is at least to learn; to fail to try is to suffer the inestimable loss of what might have been." — Chester Barnard.
From that quote I choose to learn from my mistakes and I choose to share it to you all, not to brag but to simply touch someone else and let them know they're not alone and that they can over come anything and do anything and never stop nor give up. Also that there’s always room for an improvement and a better you. Lastly, to simply give back some positive energy to this cold hearted, dark, judgmental, and negative world we live in. You are more than welcome to join me on this journey as I reflect back on my life and see all that I have over come and share me your stories of what you have over come with a simple hashtag, but long, lol sorry!
Stay tune!
