Independent or as a conglomerate, these are few words that can describe Mr. Jamal Featherstone, the man and visionary behind J. Featherstone Productions.

Since his early days of self-led DIYs and creating various projects at the tender age of five (5), Jamal has always been an artist. He was first introduced to the field of graphic design per the advice of a judge during his senior high school project at Hertford County High School in Ahoskie, North Carolina. Taking heed to the given advice, Jamal took his talents to the illustrious North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and in 2013, he received his Bachelor of Arts in Visual Media Design.

In 2014, Jamal continued his education at NCAT and received his Master’s Degree in Technology Management with a concentration in Graphic Communication. In April of the same year, he launched his self-titled brand as one-stop shop for all services rendered including original artwork, photography, graphic design, and brand consulting. Since the brand’s inception, J. Featherstone Production’s has done branding for local businesses, photoshoots for organizations, and videography.

Jamal is currently located in Greensboro, North Carolina. Currently, he works at NCAT as the Marketing Director for Campus Enterprises. As a dedicated and busy mogul on the rise, he finds leisure in his work and spending quality time with his family. As J. Featherstone Production’s grows, Jamal vigorously works to produce work full of passion.
