• We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Paypal, Money Order, and Cash App.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is due to begin project and final payment is due before the release of designs/photos. Payment for Rush Orders are due in full, up front with all content.

• Our turnaround times vary based on the scope of the project and the delivery of content by the client. Below are typical turnarounds. However, your turnaround can be shorter or longer depending on the complexity and size of the project, and our communication.

• Logo Design: 5 to 10 business days

• Web Designs: 4 to 6 weeks

• Flyer Design: 5 to 10 business days

• Custom Designs: 5 to 10 business days

• Edited Photos: 5 to 10 business days after the client select which photos to edit

We do not guarantee a completion date for any project. We do keep clients in order of first come – first serve. If you are in a hurry and need something expedited, please reference our Rush fees

• Our standard turnaround is 5-10 Business Days. There is a $50 fee for expedited 2 Business Days designing/ edited photos. 1 Business Day designing/ retouched  photos is a $100 rush fee. These fees are due in full, up front with the delivery of content. 

• The deposit payment specified in your initial invoice is non-refundable. If a project is cancelled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by J. Featherstone Production, LLC and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.

• Our prices include 1 Concept and 2 rounds of revision on the design. Once you have exhausted your 2 rounds, each additional revision is $15. If you sign off on an image once we send you the finalized graphic image files and you see something that needs to be changed or fixed – you will be charged for a revision fee of a minimum $35 (this even includes typos that may have been a mistake on our part). Be sure to proof read before giving the go to finalize the design.

• $10.00 Late Fee after 10minutes grace period

• $20.00 Day of Event Reschedule Fee (Last minute request/change)  

• $55.00 For Make Up Artist on set

• Hair Stylist or Barber can be on set (rates will vary on hairstyle)

• Will be yearly subscription to keep website (Domain)

• Additional webpage $40.00
